LSD

LSD stands for Lysergic acid diethylamide. It is a kind of an semi synthetic psychedelic drug which induces heavy pyschadelic effects on to the system . It is one of the components of ergoline. Generally It is used as a recreational drug . The main advantage of LSD is that is sensitive to oxygen, UV light, and chlorine, especially in solution. Dosages of LSD are measured in micrograms (µg), or millionths of a gram . It is very sensitive also to humans and one must observe the threshold level for these in humans . The threshold for psychotropic effect in humans is considered to be 20 to 30µg. This drug has a lot of physical as well as psychological effects. Generally the physical effects include uterine contractions, hypothermia, fever, elevated levels of blood sugar, goose bumps, decrease in heart rate, jaw clenching. A very severe effect of long term effect of the LSD is its psycho emotional effects. This leads to addiction. Deaddiction from this is very difficult. Generally a lot of the countries all around the world prohibit the use of LSD. In the United States it is a banned drug and in the United Kingdom, it is issued under class A of the Drugs. An advantage of LSD is that it is used to treat alcoholism People who have used it have traced that it has a 50% success rate.

TEMAZEPAM

Temazapam is a widely used drug to control muscular and skeletal properties. It is manufactured and stored under the name of Restoril, Temtabs, Euhypnos, Normison, Remestan. Generally, this temazepam is used for the short-term treatment of severe or debilitating sleeplessness in patients. It is an anticonvulsant. This drug is also a hypnotic agent. It induces heavy sleep. The tolerance level of using this drug is set by the American standards . Temazepam should be used during pregnancy or gestation because this may lead to the damaging of the uterus. So generally, this is not administered to children below three months and adults less than eighteen years. Also in elderly patients, this drug should be used at a very mild level because even a small quantity can trigger mild heart attacks. Severe dosage of this drug may lead to cardiac arrest. Increased usage of this drug may also lead to psychological dependence on them. Common side effects of these drugs include somnolence, dizziness and fatigue. It can also lead to slurred speech. The less common of these effects are decreased libido and burning sensation in the eyes. It can also lead to impaired psychomotive functions. In most countries it is listed as an illegal drug. DRUG

Recreational drugs are the drugs that are used for enhancement and pleasure seeking purposes. These drugs may have an adverse effect on the user. Most of the good drugs that are used are mainly for prevention and cure. Most of the dangerous drugs have severe side effects that cause violent sensations and hallucinations.

Some of these drugs are Cocaine, LSD, Marijuana and Opium. Most of these drugs are deliriants which make the person unconscious and to a different world. Drugs are available in the form of capsules or as syrups or injected orally. These capsules are available in various sizes and prices. MIDAZOLAM

Midazolam is a commonly used drug for Dental purposes. It is used for short term purposes. Some users agree that this drug stimulates psychosis and Hallucinations.

Midazolam is otherwise used as a date rape drug where the user mixes the drug into drinks. The nature of this drug is such that it dissolves easily and the Traces of these drugs are seemingly very small.

It is difficult to detect the presence of this drug in the human. It has been one of the banned drugs for illegal usage. Prolonged usage of this drug leads to depression, pressure, tension, wild contractions and it affects the central nervous system. This drug has been used in popular culture where many bands have used this drug to cause them insensitive to pain. It is used to cause numbness.

Midazolam is generally not a very potentially dangerous drug as it has many medical purposes. But severe usage of this drug can also be similar to the Opium. In Netherlands, the usage of this drug is listed under the narcotics 2 act. The overdose of Midazonlam causes hypotension impaired motor functions and impaired reflexes and impulses. The usage should be very careful as its over dosage requires immediate medical attention. Over dosage can also lead to death.

ASPiRIN

Aspirin is not a steroid. It is an anti-inflammatory drug which is generally prescribed by the doctors and physicians to be used as an antipyretic to reduce fever .Aspirin stands for Acetylsalicylic acid . In certain places, it has been registered under the name of Bayer.

Aspirin is perhaps the most commonly available drugs in the market. These drugs are available in France, Italy, The United States and in most middle eastern and European nations. In addition to the treatment of Migraines and Fever, it is used in the Treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis to reduce the pain in the knee or knee caps. It helps strengthen the bones. In certain places, it is also used for the treatment of heart diseases including in patients with the coronary heart disorders

It was in the year 1971, when the mechanism of Aspirin was found out by Dr John Robert Vane. He was awarded the nobel prize in Biology for his contributions towards the same.

Low dosage of these drugs prevent the formation of thrombaxene. This is similar to paracetamols. It is available in common use as a white crystalline acidic substance with a reasonably low melting point. The adverse effects of the usage of Aspirin include Gastrointestinal side effects. It causes bleeding of the gastro- intestines. Generally the overdose of Aspirin is not fatal althought it may cause severe problems.

TOBACCO

Tobacco is drug or a chemical that is obtained from the leaves of the tobacco plant. Tobacco is generally not a banned substance but its usage and consumption have been widely regulated. Results have shown that the usage of tobacco or other tobacco related substances cause cancer to users. Smoking cigarettes are one of the injurious methods. The cigarette is nothing but a roll of paper sandwitching tobacco powder.

Tobacco usage has been prominent right from the time of the ancient kings of Rome and Egypt. Tobacco contains and addictive product called nicotine which accentuates death. Smoking tobacco also causes Lung cancer in addition to other respiratory diseases. It has been reported that the use of tobacco has been beneficial to patients who have Alzheimer’s disease and Schizophrenia.

In the early usage, many people did not realize the harmfull effects of Tobacco. In the United States, the Government passed a regulation stating that all companies that manufacture cigarettes or other tobacco products must provide a statutory warning .Tobacco consumption has increased by more than 3.4 % since last year and statistics reveal that of all the deaths due to cancer, Throat Cancer , Lung Cancer and Pancreatic cancer are triggered mainly by use of Tobacco.
